Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer returns for store credit only, provided that:
- Returns are postmarked within 10 days of original delivery.
- The item is in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- The item was not purchased as a final sale item (listed on the product page at time of purchase).
To submit a return for store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, the item you wish to return.
After the return request is approved, you will receive the shipping address to return your items.
All returned items will receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card (via email) when your return has been received and approved.
*Shipping charges associated with the return will not be refunded.
*Clearance products are final sale and may not be returned.
Tracking a Package
Once your receive shipping confirmation and tracking info, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact USPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. If your order has been in transit for over 20 days, please contact your local customs office as it’s likely your package is stuck in customs. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered depending on customs processing speed.
If a package has been marked as "Delivered" and your package is missing, please contact your local post office to further inquire about the package’s whereabouts. Saved by Salt is not responsible for any orders lost in transit by USPS or any international carriers.
